I really like the way you've coloured this piece. Everything is in blue tones except where there is light; there is colour. It's a beautiful way of drawing the viewers attention to a certain point.
I also like the sense of motion in this picture, that's mainly created by the diagonal 'lines', the composition. And that you drew some characters bigger than other's to give them a bigger sense of importance.
